1. Who We Are & Scope
These Terms form an agreement between Vasilis Papagrigoriou (natural person, Greece — not a registered company; contact details in Section 11) and you, the customer purchasing a QuizMage Pro or Agency subscription (the “Subscription”).
They cover:
- The sales website quizmage.vspapg.gr (the “Sales Site”), including checkout and license delivery;
- The QuizMage Pro add-on plugin and the license-key-verified services it enables (advanced quiz engines, cloud analytics sync, updates, support); and
- The referral program described in Section 6.
Free plugin: The free QuizMage plugin distributed via WordPress.org is licensed under the GPL and governed by the terms shown there. You do not need a Subscription to use it. These Terms apply to the paid Subscription and related services.
2. License & Activation
QuizMage plugin code is licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL). Your Subscription does not restrict GPL freedoms in the code; what you purchase is access to license-key-verified services for the duration of the Subscription:
- Activation of the Pro add-on (Bundle / Kit Builder, Budget Router, Step Configurator engines);
- Cloud analytics sync and the cloud-backed analytics dashboard;
- Plugin updates for the Pro add-on; and
- Support for your tier.
Site limits: a Pro Subscription covers 1 production (live) store; an Agency Subscription covers up to 5 production stores. Staging and local development sites do not count against the limit. License keys are server-verified and bound to your sites.
You may not share, publish, resell, or sublicense your license key, or use it on more production sites than your tier allows.
3. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Prices are shown in EUR on the Sales Site at the time of purchase.
- Billing cycles: monthly or annual, charged in advance.
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
- Cancellation: cancel any time in WordPress under Settings → QuizMage License → Manage Subscription (Stripe Customer Portal), or by emailing us. Access to Pro features continues until the end of the paid billing period; no further charges are made after cancellation.
- Price changes: we may change prices for future billing periods with reasonable advance notice by email. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the new price takes effect.
After a Subscription ends, the Pro engines and cloud analytics sync deactivate, but your quizzes and locally stored data remain in your WordPress database.
4. 14-Day Money-Back Promise
Every new Pro or Agency Subscription is covered by a 14-day money-back promise:
- Email vasilispapg@outlook.com within 14 days of your first payment, including your Stripe receipt (or the email address used at checkout);
- You receive a full refund of that first payment — no questions asked;
- Refunds are issued via Stripe to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.
The promise applies once per customer and covers the first payment of a new Subscription. Renewal payments are not covered — cancel before the renewal date if you no longer want the service. After a refund, the license key is deactivated.
EU consumers: this promise operates alongside, and does not limit, any mandatory statutory rights you have under EU and Greek consumer law, including the 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts where applicable.
5. Delivery & License Key Re-Send
Immediately after payment, Stripe redirects you to a success page showing your license key and the Pro add-on plugin download. Copy the key with one click.
If you ever misplace your key or the download, email vasilispapg@outlook.com with your Stripe receipt (or checkout email address) and it will be re-sent to you. There is no charge for re-sending a key during an active Subscription.
6. Referral Program
Active license holders receive a personal referral code. New subscribers who enter a valid code at checkout receive a 5% discount on their Subscription. Self-referrals, fake accounts, or other abuse of the program may result in the code being disabled and related discounts revoked. We may modify or discontinue the referral program for the future at any time.
7. Fair Use
You agree not to:
- share or resell license keys, or circumvent license verification;
- abuse, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our cloud analytics infrastructure; or
- use the services in violation of applicable law.
We may suspend service in cases of serious or repeated violation, after notice where reasonably possible.
8. Data Protection & DPA
Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Where we process anonymous quiz telemetry on behalf of a merchant (as processor under Article 28 GDPR), the processor obligations described in the Privacy Policy — confidentiality, security, sub-processors, assistance with data-subject rights, deletion — form the Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which is an integral part of these Terms.
9. Disclaimer & Liability
The services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or compatibility with every theme or plugin combination, although we test broadly and support actively.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of these Terms is limited to the amounts you paid for the Subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or excludes mandatory consumer rights under EU or Greek law.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may amend these Terms to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. Material updates will be indicated by revising the “Effective date” and version number at the top of this page, and — for material changes affecting active Subscriptions — announced by email with reasonable notice. If you do not agree with a change, you may cancel before it takes effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Greece shall have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from these Terms, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
